Had a PT eval and it’s worse than I had hoped…..I have some left leg atrophy and my mechanics are awful. Significant left hip external rotation with inability to internally rotate. Weak hamstrings leading to over worked hip flexors and contributing to the lordosis. Flared left ribs. Anyhow gonna go weekly but he suggests no squats or that sort of thing for a bit. So I did the above workout today. Even the small dip in PP was uncomfortable. When I dip or squat I predominantly use my right leg to get up due to the left leg weakness.
